1. What is your terms of shipment?
A: Generally, trucks are shipped via ro-ro vessel or bulk carrier. Spare parts are packed on wooden pallets and shipped in containers.
2. What is your terms of payment?
A: 30% T/T as deposit, the balance to be paid before shipment. We will provide photos of goods and packages for your confirmation prior to full payment.
3. What is your term of delivery?
A: We mainly offer FOB Nansha, Guangzhou. CFR & CIF can be further discussed if required.
4. How about your delivery time?
A: Normally, goods will be arranged within 7–10 days after receiving your advance payment. The exact lead time depends on items and order quantity.
5. Do you inspect the goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we carry out full inspection and testing before shipment.
