How do you inspect the trucks and parts before shipping?
All trucks are inspected on-site at our 12,000 m² facility. Engines and gearboxes are tested before listing. We provide detailed photos, videos, and condition reports for each unit. Customers are also welcome to arrange third-party inspection. We can facilitate SGS or other inspection agencies.
What are the payment terms?
We typically work with T/T (bank transfer). For first-time buyers, we usually require a deposit with the balance before shipment. For established customers with a track record, we can discuss more flexible terms. Contact us to discuss the arrangement that works for your business.
How long does shipping take to Africa or Southeast Asia?
Transit times vary by destination. West Africa typically takes 20-30 days from Guangzhou. Southeast Asia is 7-14 days. East Africa is 25-35 days. We work with reliable freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery. We'll provide an estimated schedule once your order is confirmed.
